About this Event

This program supports our growth in self-knowledge and confidence before others in our lives. Together, we will explore the "Art of Existing,” learning more about who we are in our strengths and how to exist before others with respectful assertiveness. By standing up, allowing ourselves to be seen and heard for who we truly are, we will find confidence, happiness, and better relationships.

The group will meet monthly for nine sessions, using the PRH (Personality and Human Relations) methodology.

PRH is a school of adult education and human formation endorsed by the Archdiocese of Vancouver. To participate, you are required to have attended a PRH workshop or commit to taking the "Who Am I?" workshop within the year.
