Deacon Raffaele grew up in the Commercial Drive neighbourhood, where family, faith, and food were wonderfully intertwined. As a young adult he rediscovered his faith, eventually joining the Seminary of Christ the King. He was newly ordained to the transitional diaconate for St. Matthew’s Parish in Surrey. He enjoys sharing quality espresso, long bike rides, good laughs, and deep conversations about our faith—ideally all at the same time!
