About this Event

God comes to us in our current reality and enters our joys and sorrows. How can we prepare our hearts for the coming of our Lord? Do we believe that by allowing Emmanuel to come into hearts, he will use our joys and sorrows as a way of inviting us into the building up of His Kingdom on earth!

Father James Hughes, Pastor of Our Lady of the Assumption, will be leading participants to open their hearts to the coming of our Lord during this Advent season. The day will start with Mass and participants will have the opportunity to have small group discussions, time for Adoration and Confession and a shared meal.
