About this Event

Catherine of Siena, a Dominican Saint emerging out of the late Medieval Period, embodies the sanctity we are called to live today: to love Christ and build His Church. St. Catherine was politically engaged, while she remained totally surrendered to the truth of the Gospel, and unwavering in her fidelity to the Church. But how was St. Catherine’s prophetic commitment to the Church possible in the midst of the politico-religious divisions of the 14th century? What does this courageous Saint teach us about holiness in today’s world? In this session, we deepen our knowledge of St. Catherine’s dramatic spiritual journey, culminating in her encounter with Christ.
