About this Event
Join the Centre for Christian Engagement at St. Mark’s College at UBC to explore how spiritual exercise results in stronger and more resilient living. Attend in-person or virtually.
Just as physical exercise aims to strengthen the physical core of a person, so also spiritual exercises aim to strengthen the spiritual core. This presentation from Fr. Casey C. Beaumier, S.J., aims to help listeners consider the possibility of greater interior capacity through spiritual exercise, resulting in a stronger and more resilient way of moving forward.
