Ministries & Outreach will once again be offering a 3-part Healthy Relationship Series. This monthly webinar series on healthy relationship dynamics will cover a variety of relationships - as a couple, within family or within friendships. Whether you are single, dating, discerning or married, all are welcome to join us.

Christmas Blues

Why do some people find the Christmas season difficult in spite of wanting to feel otherwise? Past Christmas experiences, loneliness and recent losses among other things contribute to the “Blues.” We will explore some symptoms of this condition and what can be done to manage or even transform them!

About Our Presenter

Denis is a popular speaker who presents talks and workshops on a variety of topics including marriage, grief, retirement, emotional maturity and family relationships. He has published a book titled, "Marriage Can Be Great!...no really.”

Denis received his Master of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1977 and works as a Registered Psychologist. He is a member of the B.C. College of Psychologists and the B.C. Psychological Association.

Most importantly, Denis has been married to Maureen for over thirty years, and they have four children.

At the end of each evening, we will be providing some questions for further reflection and discussion on the topic. Consider inviting friends, family or others from your parish community to watch along with you and form a small-group to continue the conversation on healthy relationships.
