I have experience journeying alongside people of all ages– children, adolescents, and adults– to process grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, OCD behaviours and feelings of anxiety and stress.

Message from Therapist

The Catholic Christian understanding of the person, being created in God’s image and likeness, informs my therapeutic approach. Each person has innate dignity and the ability to improve his or her emotional and psychological health. The process of wellness is about becoming curious about our stories and lived experiences. To ask ourselves, why do I think the way I do or behave the way I do is a starting point. I am privileged to accompany individuals to flourish and help them unpack the messages in their stories.

Bio

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Divine Mercy University and my undergraduate degree is in Theology. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC.

Counselling Methods Used

I use a holistic approach, integrating all domains of the human person– physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual.  I work from an attachment based developmental approach based on the material of Dr. Gordon Neufeld.  I am also trained in Internal Family Systems which is my primary method of accompaniment with my clients.
