Sister Maria Serra Garcia, the Coordinator of Service and Justice Ministries for RCAV, is a member of the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist, a Roman Catholic community of religious sisters. Sister Maria Serra holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Post-Master Certificate in Dogmatic Theology. Composing music and being outside on sunny days, are two ways Sister Maria Serra integrates the intensity of her ministry.
