Keynote Speaker: Fr. Mark Gazin, CSB

Fr. Mark Gazin, after completing his high school diploma at Point Grey in Vancouver and studying at UBC, joined the Basilian Fathers and was ordained a priest in 1990. His diverse ministry has spanned North America, focusing on parish and university campus ministry, often incorporating hagiographical stories into his preaching. Fr. Gazin furthered his education with an Ecclesiastical Licentiate in Canon Law at the University of St. Paul’s in Ottawa in 2018, and currently serves in the Vancouver Regional Marriage Tribunal and St. Matthew’s Parish in Surrey. An avid lover of the outdoors and board games, Fr. Gazin cherishes the time spent with his extensive family in both Vancouver and southern California.
