Who Am I? Workshop by PRH (Personality and Human Relations) is an experience of self-discovery and development that explores the essential aspects of yourself:

• Your self-image
• How you are influenced by others
• Your being, or dynamic inner core (the focus of the workshop)
• Your intellect, freedom and will
• Your sensibility (feelings)
• Your body

This four-day workshop also covers:

• Attitudes needed to progress in your personal growth
• An effective decision-making process

The unique PRH approach:

• Teaches a method of written self-analysis based on personal experience
• Invites you to share your experience if you wish
• • Provides facilitator’s feedback and PRH Observation Notes (handouts)

This PRH workshop takes place in a respectful, non-judgmental atmosphere over two weekends:
